Kent County Indivisible Values:
Action oriented - We are interested in working toward change, not the status quo
Nonviolence - Since Indivisible.org's founding in 2016, we've been committed to non-violence as a guiding principle in everything we do: our protests, our organizing, and our advocacy. We reject all forms of political violence and intimidation, no matter the source or the target. That’s not just a moral stance—it’s a strategic one. Movements that create lasting change do so by building trust, forging solidarity, and demonstrating discipline, even in the face of threats or attacks.
Big tent - We accept and welcome as members all residents who want to support democracy. We recognize that we may not agree on every issue, but we all wish to protect our American democracy.
Transparency - We strive to be transparent to our membership. All meetings are listed on the membership calendar, while public meetings and protests are listed above on the website. To become a member, please sign up above.
